“In light of our steady growth – in the past two years alone, our customer base has quadrupled - these four leaders are key to not only upholding this momentum, but also to poising us for growth in the long term,” said Andrew Birch, CEO, Sungevity. “This high-caliber bench strength – alongside our current leadership – allows us to further leverage our highly-scalable business model and take advantage of market opportunities.”
In a newly-created position, Dunlap oversees the company’s customer-facing operational functions as COO, reporting directly to Andrew Birch. Dunlap was most recently Executive Vice President, Operations and Client Services at Inside Track, Inc., a leading educational services company, where he contributed to year-over-year double-digit growth through dedicated productivity and retention efforts.
Steve Atherton recently joined Sungevity as CTO, having previously served as the Vice President of Engineering for SunRun. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Atherton brings a proven track record of building and optimizing technical organizations to the company. He also reports directly to Birch.
Walter Conroy joins the Sungevity leadership team from SunEdison, where he served as Head of Legal for the company’s global special situations group. Prior to SunEdison, he was a partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Conroy is also an accomplished author and frequent industry speaker in the legal arena. As General Counsel at Sungevity, Conroy will report directly to Birch.
As the newest member of the Sungevity leadership team, Liz Ludwig serves as Vice President of Corporate Business Development.
